FOUNDATIONAL PLANS

Essential Care

The Essential Care Plan covers critical aspects of your application’s health such as performance, functionality and availability (when your system is hard-down).  This service relies on a completed assessment of your application which is done in advance, so when you call, our qualified technicians have the means to troubleshoot and resolve your issue in the shortest time possible.   We provide an initial respond within three hours during normal business hours and work with you continuously to resolve your issues as quickly as possible.

Proactive Care

The Proactive Care Plan covers periodical monitoring of your application’s health by comparing system resources and application performance against benchmarks taken during normal operation.   Our technicians can gauge when your application may be struggling for any reason and look for opportunities to head off any potential issues before they materialize into a full-scale outage.   This service relies on a completed assessment of your application which may highlight areas of improvement which can help enhance its stability and performance.   The proactive plan also comes with a periodic review and report so you are kept up-to-date on any changes in the health of your application. 

 

CUSTOMIZED SERVICES

Mapping Documentation

When companies want deeper knowledge about their IDA, DayWorks, Inc. can go beyond the initial technical assessment to map your entire system by reviewing application source codes and reverse engineering a design for the software. The results are produced in a series of flow charts, data flow diagrams, data models and explanatory narrative. In some cases, a full assessment may produce case diagrams and detailed process-to-system narratives.

IDA System Enhancements

This service allows for enhancing your existing IDA with new features and functionality, as well as facilitating integration with other systems and services, and can be executed in planned releases.
